Customer account: name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).

Purchases: purchased items, date and amount. Payment is processed by Stripe: Bradeo never has access to your bank details.

Second-hand: listings and photos posted, seller profile, offers, reviews, and the delivery address entered at checkout, transmitted to the seller for shipping the parcel.

Community: messages sent in the community chatbot and private messages.

Training courses: progress, quiz results and certificates obtained.

Contact: information sent through the contact form.

To create and manage your account, give you access to your purchases, process payments, make second-hand work (matching, shipping, secure payment), moderate the community, send emails related to your orders and, if you have agreed, the newsletter.

A session cookie is used to keep you logged in. Your browser also stores your cart, your language, your display currency and recently viewed listings locally. The site's automatic translation relies on a Google service when you change language.

Your data is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers necessary for the service: Stripe (payment), the email sending service and the site host Emergent.sh.
