Refunds

Wallpapers, books, courses, lyrics and instrumentals are digital content delivered immediately after payment.

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once access to the content has begun: before paying, you request immediate access and expressly waive this right (mandatory checkbox).

If you have a problem accessing purchased content, contact centraleformationpro@gmail.com or use the page Contact by indicating the title of the article.

You pay for the item, shipping, and €1 in service fees. Your payment remains blocked until you confirm receipt of the package.

If the item doesn’t arrive or doesn’t match the listing, report a problem from your order before confirming receipt. After verification by Bradeo, you will be refunded; otherwise, the payment is sent to the seller.

If you take no action, receipt is automatically confirmed after the time period shown on your order.
